How to join

    We add up the balances. Together they hold at least one whole bitcoin.

Before you sign.

Do my coins move when I sign?

No. You sign a one-time message with your wallet. Signing a message sends no transaction, so your bitcoin stays exactly where it is. We never ask you to approve a transaction.

Do you ever see my private keys?

Never. The signature proves you control the address without revealing the key.

Which wallets can I use?

Connect any wallet that supports WalletConnect, such as Ledger Live, Trezor Suite, Xverse or Leather, or sign manually in Sparrow, Coldcard or Electrum.

My bitcoin is on an exchange. Can I join?

Yes. Send us a recent statement from your exchange that shows at least one whole bitcoin. We check it by hand and delete it after the check. Prove it with a statement

What do you keep about me?

Your email address, your country and the date you joined, on our mailing list. The addresses and balances you verify are thrown away as soon as the check is done. Read the privacy statement

Can I leave?

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can remove your email address completely.
